Pulse Sniper AI

Responsible use

Terms of Use

These terms describe the conditions for using Pulse Sniper AI, including responsible promotion, plan allowances, and your responsibilities.

Effective October 20, 2026

Operated by Brian Siembor, Belmont, New Hampshire, United States · smartsystemsvending@gmail.com. These documents have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. If you use the app for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

2. What the service does

Pulse Sniper AI helps discover indexed conversations and draft replies using your business context. Search coverage, fit scores, and AI output are not guarantees of relevance, accuracy, leads, sales, or engagement. The web app and LinkedIn extension do not automatically post replies.

3. Responsible promotion

  • Review and approve every draft before publishing it; correct inaccurate or unsupported statements.
  • Disclose ownership, employment, sponsorship, or other material relationships where required. “Subtle” describes writing style, not permission to hide an affiliation.
  • Follow platform rules, community policies, advertising requirements, and applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
  • Do not use the app for spam, bulk unsolicited messages, impersonation, fake testimonials, harassment, scams, illegal content, or misleading claims.
  • Do not bypass access restrictions, scrape restricted content without authorization, evade quotas, or submit private or confidential information without permission.

4. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the processing and storage needed to provide the service, including sending relevant content to AI and search providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

You may use generated drafts subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership or that output will be free of third-party claims. The service is not legal or professional advice.

5. Plans and monthly allowances

Free Starter includes 5 searches and 10 reply generations per month. Pro Sniper is listed at $49/month with 100 searches and unlimited reply generations. Business is listed at $150/month with 500 searches and unlimited reply generations. Monthly allowances use UTC calendar months and reset on the 1st; unused allowance does not carry over.

Search usage is reserved before the external search starts, so a search that returns no results or encounters an error may still use an allowance. Deleting history does not restore consumed reply usage. Unlimited generations remain subject to responsible use, availability, and technical constraints; they do not authorize automated abuse.

Paid checkout is not connected at present, so paid subscriptions cannot currently be purchased through the app. Pricing alone does not activate a paid plan or authorize a charge. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions must be disclosed before paid checkout is enabled.

6. Third-party platforms

Pulse Sniper AI is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with LinkedIn or Google. Integrations and discovery depend on third-party availability and permissions. The local Chrome extension requires installation on a supported computer; a Chrome Web Store listing is not promised. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules.

7. Availability and account restrictions

Features may change or become unavailable. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. No uninterrupted operation or particular response time is guaranteed. Future material changes to paid offerings must be disclosed before they take effect, subject to applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing content and deciding where and how to use it. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any specific liability limitation requires legal review and operator approval before these terms are finalized.

9. Governing law and contact

Read our Privacy Policy for data handling and available controls. These terms are operated by Brian Siembor, Belmont, New Hampshire, United States, and are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire. Questions and requests: smartsystemsvending@gmail.com. No arbitration clause has been assumed. Effective October 20, 2026.
