Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information handled by the Pulse Sniper AI website and LinkedIn extension, and the choices available to you.
Effective October 20, 2026
Operated by Brian Siembor, Belmont, New Hampshire, United States · smartsystemsvending@gmail.com. These documents have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
1. Information we handle
- Account information, including email, account identifiers, and information supplied by your chosen sign-in provider. Password authentication is handled by our authentication service.
- Your business profile: product details, target audience, problems solved, keywords, website, and voice notes.
- Conversation content you submit, including post text, author, source URL, platform, tone, and generated replies.
- Saved discovery results, including titles, snippets, URLs, fit scores, keywords, and status.
- Plan information, monthly search and reply usage, timestamps, and technical information needed to operate and diagnose the service.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, personalize search and drafts, save your history and profile, display activity analytics, enforce plan allowances, and maintain the service. Account-owned profiles, opportunities, and reply history are access-controlled so other ordinary users cannot read them. This does not mean that authorized service operators or processing providers can never access data.
3. AI, search, and hosting providers
Lovable Cloud provides hosting and account/data services. Draft generation sends the submitted conversation and, when applicable, your business profile to the Lovable AI gateway and its underlying model provider. Search keywords are sent to Firecrawl through a connector service to retrieve indexed results. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or private messages you do not have permission to share. We do not promise that third-party providers have zero retention or never use data for model improvement; those practices are governed by the applicable provider’s own terms.
4. LinkedIn extension
The LinkedIn extension reads visible post text, author, and URL when you invoke its reply action or selected-text menu. It opens the app with this content in the URL. The extension does not collect your LinkedIn password or app sign-in token, and stores its app URL setting through Chrome storage. URL content can appear in browser history or technical logs, so it should not contain confidential information.
5. Browser storage, analytics, and logs
Browser storage maintains sign-in sessions. In-app analytics summarizes your saved reply activity. Hosting services may also collect website traffic measurements and operational error logs. Provider-side collection, cookie behavior, and retention follow the practices of the hosting and analytics providers described above; this document does not claim that all tracking is disabled. Blocking browser storage may prevent sign-in from working.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Information is shared with providers as needed to deliver the service. It may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address security incidents or protect rights. We do not offer a feature that sells your business profile or reply history to other users. When you copy a reply to another platform, that platform’s rules and privacy practices apply.
7. Retention and your choices
You can edit your business profile and clear reply history in the app. Clearing history does not reset monthly usage and does not erase profile data, discovery records, logs, or provider backups. Dismissing an opportunity hides it from your queue; it is not a deletion request.
There is no self-service account-deletion control at present. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email smartsystemsvending@gmail.com from the address on your account so the request can be verified. We respond as soon as reasonably practicable and explain what can and cannot be removed, including provider backups. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Retention periods, backup deletion timelines, international processing locations, and any applicable legal bases are not yet published here.
8. Security and children
We use authentication and account-level access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials safe. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
